Chipsmore Cheese Cake In Jar

Cheese cake in jar is so yummy but way too pricey to outsource it all the time. You need only a handful of ingredients: cream cheese, crushed biscuits (oreo/chipsmore/others) and condensed milk. And also a few jars or containers to fill in.

First attempt. Not so nice but can be further improved! The layers was not pretty and consistent. I think I over-beat the cream cheese and condensed milk because it turned up to be rather thick and not so smooth to my liking.

I used 250gm cream cheese only so there's only 1 jar with 3 small cups. I guess my chipsmore cookies is too coarse! I used Chipsmore Butter Crunch for this.

compiling few years of my photo collection. Chose a 4 years back old photo as cover photo (my chubby face lolx)

Love the black background. Simple and easy to match the font color with photo captions and lovely quotes.

Paid only RM 12.72 for shipping fees and I received my Photobook in good quality and condition on the 6th day after I submitted my project for printing.

Breakfast Set @ Fresh And Simple Station & Gelato Italiano Ice Cold Little Nemo @ Gelato Italiano

Sent off sis to airport early in the morning. Went to Fresh And Simple Station which is nearby my workplace for breakfast.

RM5 breakfast set with 2 soft boiled eggs, kaya butter toast (2 pieces of toasted bread and cut into 4 small pieces) and a cup of hot soy milk. 

Don't judge by its humble portion. It can last for more than 5 hours (for me!)

Love the way they served the soft boiled eggs. The top of egg shell is cleanly cracked off to ease lifting off by hand. The eggs was served with stainless steel egg cups/egg servers. Just lift off the cracked shell and pour the soft boiled egg into bowl. Add soy sauce and white pepper to serve!

Would like to try out their healthy noodle series on next visit!

Gelato Italiano Ice Cold Little Nemo 冰鲷小丑鱼 RM7.90

Tried at Gelato Italiano at Kuching Food Festival 2015. Hot fish bun with crushed peanuts in bottom, followed by a scoop of Pistachio Ice-Cream and topped with Kit Kat and chocolate chip cookie. It's a cold and hot combination. The fish bun was hot making the ice-cream melting fast! First attempt of this cold hot combination!

Curious why a simple bun with butter and condensed milk is named as  奶油猪仔包? I googled and this is what I get:
