Best remedy during this festive season...Honey Lemon with real extraction of lemon juice! I drank lemon drink continuously for 4 days and it fact it helped to prevent pimples from popping out!
This year we made our own Steamed Chocolate Cheese Layer Cake (recipe taken from 一零鼠烘焙屋) and our all time favourite rich Cheese Cake with sponge cake at the bottom. The Chocolate Cheese Layered Cake was a little too sweet although I reduced the sugar level. Maybe next time I could reduce the chocolate layer amount and change it into 3 layers instead of 5 layers...easier to steam and to bring out more of the cheese layer taste...
