Decided to purchase the H2O+ Oasis Hydrating Treatment after I tried their small sample. I had a terrible dry skin on my cheeks and the Hydrating Treatment improve my dry skin a lot.
Purchased the Oasis Hydrating Treatment online instead of going to the store as they offered greater deal. However I need to pay additional RM10 delivery fee. No delivery fees for product purchase above RM250. I paid on Saturday and I received my parcel on Thursday! Luckily it was delivered to me right before Chinese New Year, just in time for me to have the Collagen during the festive celebration.

They offered such promotion due to the Collagen was expiring in 1 month time. March 2017! I kinda dislike the Collagen due to its fishy taste. Nevertheless, I had a more radiant skin during the period I consumed the Collagen. Good news although it didn't last after I finished up all of it. They also enclosed a few types of skincare sample in the box to me. Ideal for my upcoming traveling use!
Unfortunately, there was a broken Collagen bottle when I unpack-aged the box. The glass bottle of Collagen was totally broken and shattered all over the box.
The liquid was totally drained off and wet the box.
I sent an email to H2O+ customer service but the email was undeliverable. I sent a message to them through their Facebook and they gave me another email address. I forwarded the same email to them and the next day they replied that they would replace one bottle of Collagen and another additional two bottles for me with some other skincare samples.
Few days later, I received the replacement parcel. This time they wrapped the glass bottles individually to protect its fragileness.

Kudos to H2O+ customer service although I faced a mild complication on reaching them in the first place! Love their free samples too because I fell in love with their Oasis Hydrating Treatment after I used the small sample given.
