Oyster King, The Gardens Mall Mid Valley City

Eventually I got to pay Oyster King a visit after several years of knowing this particular outlet. We ordered Combo Set around RM15 for two dishes. Their outlet in Gardens Mall was very occupied at that time we went there, luckily some customers left and quickly we sipped in the seats.

Lala Fried Rice

O-Chien (Fried Oyster)

Both dishes amazed us. The lala fried rice and the signature O-Chien was cooked to perfection and it really satisfied our tummy. I miss both dish now!

Purposely went to Jojo on Sunday just to try the BuBu CaCa (RM3)
Quite special from usual one but too bad not the one I like~

My all time favourite taiwan popiah~price increases to RM2 per roll...yummy~

On Tuedsay, I went to One Best Friend Dim Sum Restaurant to have dim sum. I had been there once, and thank goodness I could visit there before leaving UPM. One of the cheapest place to eat good dim sum. Kuching should open more dim sum place~

Char Siew wrapped in yam...awesome!

马来糕 & 流沙包 (RM4 for 3)
Excited to try the custard bun~

love the dripping salted egg yolk...I must order this when having dim sum

Carrot cake (RM4)

Total bill for 7 dishes and 2 drinks RM26.90...cheap yet two of us so full!

Then we went to Jusco Balakong to shop but I bought nothing there...
Had Chatime for third and probably last time before back Kuching.
Red Bean Milk Tea RM5.90
Surprisingly there were pearls in this drink. I ordered 30% sweetness yet it was quite sweet to my liking~

After my last paper in UPM on Saturday, I had last gathering with my coursemates at Puchong but the photos are not taken by me.

On Sunday, I went to shop at Sungei Wang, Fahrenheit 88 and Pavillion with Cecilia. We had lunch at Din Tai Fung Pavillion.

Cecilia's Beef Noodle.

My fried rice with pork chop (RM15.50)

The famous Siu Long Bao

Condiments for the meal.

We went to Sweet Poems, Sungei Wang for desserts but it was an awful choice.

Mango, Pearls and Pamelo Ice.

Red bean ice blended with grass jelly.
We forced ourselves to finish those two.

At the evening, I rushed back to UPm to have last reunion with my roommates. We went to one of Serdang common eatery place, Twins Sister.

My Kong Nam Mee
Not bad. The mee was fried until crunchy.

Bye, juniors!

Last meal in Selangor before I flew back to Kuching~

Towards the year end!

Tried Ochado at Pavillion

Okinawa Matcha Milk Tea with Pearls RM6.90
The taste was pretty bland~
I recalled there were 8 staffs in such a small stall of Ochado. Imagine how good is the business is?

Right-Puyu Green Tea RM4.90

Crispy Crepe at The Summit, Batu Pahat

Crispy Crepe with ice-cream RM4.50

Scrumptious feasts at Jojo Little Kitchen & Murni

Great foods are meant to be shared!

First recommendation: Jojo Little Kitchen@Seri Kembangan

Awesome lat jiu
#1 Dried Chili Thin Pan Mee RM 6.50
The is one of the best pan mee ever!
When I had the mee in first bite, it reminded me of Sarawak Kolo Mee. Wow..I miss mom's cooked kolo mee so much. The mee used the lard so it tasted pretty similar with my favourite kolo mee. The combination of the dried chili, half cooked egg yolk and the minced meat with the mee is simply delicious and yummy!

#2 Loh Mee RM6.80
This loh mee was good too. The soup base was similar with the shark fin soup that we owed having at banquet dinner. They marinated the meat in the soup so well. Simply irresistible!!!

Pretty sure I would only order the above 2 items when I go to Jojo.

Second recommendation: Murni@SS2

Crazy celebration for the ending of our thesis/final year project.

Murni@SS2 is a great eatery place in Malaysia. Murni has undergone renovation and now they have printed menu. Last time the Murni staffs would just bla every menu items from their mouth out and not everyone, particularly me could not grasp what they mumble out. However, the staffs there still remember all the menu ordered in their minds without writing in piece of paper.

Murni offers a variety of refreshing and some interesting name drinks.

My drink, Soursop RM5

There was 6 of us and we ordered 6 main course to share.

#1 Mee Raja RM8
The best of best. Hottest item in Murni. This fried mee is not usual one. The mee was cooked with seafood and the taste was so great. Not oily at all. Thumbs up for this mee.

#2 Spaghetti Bolognase RM7
Nice also.

#3 Nasi lemak with chicken rendang RM6
The sambal was so good!

#5 Dragon (what?) Forgotten...RM12
Good also but it was pretty messy when we tried to cut into smaller pieces to share.

#5 Naan with mozarella cheese RM6
The chezzy naan was good enough alone without all the curry gravies. Murni was really generous enough as I could taste the generous amount cheese inside the naan.

#6 Hawaii Pizza RM12
The staffs heard wrongly as we ordered Roti Hawaii instead but they gave us Hawaii Pizza. Sayang lor since Roti Hawaii is so famous, delicious and was one of hottest foods in Murni. This pizza was also not bad actually but nothing special for me. The pizza crust was thin.

Every portion was big and we were so full yet satisfied since we could try all the foods together.

There were so many yummy eateries nearby the Murni. We went to Isenbin before we went back to UPM.

Creamer for the dessert

Bestseller of Isenbin. Grass Jelly topped with Taroballs. Similar to Snowflakes bestseller too. The price was same. My friends said these taroballs were nicer than Snowflakes but I was not so sure the differences.

Great outing with great foods and great place. I'm going to miss everything.

I'm not inside the above photo as I'm the photographer~
