Preparation of various ingredients by my group for Apple Pie~

Bread & Butter Pudding(sprinkle a lot Raisins and almond nibs..haha)

Apple Pie...the flowers on top very nice o...
Wani made one...someone said the taste quite similar to McD apple pie...

Pasrty Cream Fruit Tarts(with strawberries, peaches and mandarin oranges)

Caramel Pudding

Left some apple pie fillings so put it into tarts~sprinkle almond nibs again....

all these made by me and my group members..usually those pic i took are those i contribute most..esp the deco

*fui ying(ex-roommate) loves the fruit tarts
*yoke mei(ex-roommate@coursemate) loves the bread pudding

HAha..i prefer the fruits tart also....
