#1 Saw a Butter Chicken Recipe in a website and I decided to try on with some self adjustment on the recipe. Doesn't really weigh those ingredients thus I don't have proper measurement on ingredients used.
Method
- Marinate the chicken with salt, pepper and egg white. Coat the chicken pieces with corn flour.
- In a pan, heat oil and deep fry chicken until golden brown. Set aside.
- In a different pan, melt butter and sauté garlic and curry leaves until aromatic.
- Add in sugar and evaporated milk and bring to boil.
- Reduce heat, and add in chicken stock, corn flour and water. Simmer for 3 minutes.
- Upon serving, pour the sauce over the fried chicken. Serve hot.
Tadaaa....
Too much butter sauce. Should reduce the water portion.
#2 Ordered peanut butter chicken from Winnie's Cafe. If you are a fan of peanut butter, pretty sure no one can resist this heavenly creamy and aromatic fried chicken. RM30 for 5 ppl. But the portion can serve more than 5 ppl for light eaters.
