I promised to make a cake with lots of FLOUR to replace my previous failure of making flourless cake for Mothers Day which end up melting easily and too sweet.
Suppose grated Cheddar Cheese is used for the cake, but in order to save cost and avoid some wasting from buying whole packet of KRAFT Cheddar Cheese, I simply use the Processed Cheddar Cheese slices(which we normally eat with bread) for the recipe. That is why the top of the cake looks so ugly because I just randomly chopped the cheese.

Before baked...
After Baked
I don't know what to do with the leftover non-dairy cream which I used for Mothers Day Double Layered Cream Cheese Cake. So i thought of using it as a decoration. I beat the non dairy cream until soft peaks form, put it in a plastic bag and pipe it out. It turn up to be too SOFT. That is why you can't see proper shape of the cream.
with a bunch(or a better word to describe?) of non dairy cream as a accompaniment. Believe me, it tastes quite nice although it is just a random trial of mix and match. Haha...
Going to have 4 days 3 night National Varsity Counselling Camp in Unimas 3-6 June~
must be extremely tiring cause less than 5 hours of sleeping time per night!
