Culinary

Attended a cook seminar/demonstration in a private college. Long time no keep contact with fine culinary after graduated from Uni.

Truffle and Lemon Jelly with Yogurt
Steamed Yam and Egg with Sea Urchin
Deep Fried Prawn Mousse served with Mushroom in Aioli

# Soup

Cream of Scallop & Clam Soup served with Almond Biscuits

# Main Course

Smoked History Salmon Roll served with Garden Salad Pizza

Spaghetti with Salmon Roe & Stewed Monkey Mushroom in Cream Pesto

the truffle went perfectly with the sourish of lemon and yogurt...appetizing!

the soup was very rich and aromatic with natural seafood taste

Spaghetti with Salmon Roe & Stewed Monkey Mushroom in Cream Pesto
very fragrant of pesto that made of basil and parsley

Smoked History Salmon Roll served with Garden Salad Pizza
the white buret on top was filled with whipping cream. To serve, just slightly press the buret to release the cream for more fragrant taste. What a interesting dish!

not quite like this dish among all...don't really fancy the miso paste =)
